Our Administration
Jody Nelson
Chief Executive Officer
Jody Nelson is the CEO for St. Luke's Medical Center. A native of Crosby, ND, Jody joined St. Luke’s Medical Center in 2016. Jody graduated from Dickinson State University with a bachelors in Business Administration. She is passionate about her hometown and ensuring that quality healthcare is available to the communities and people she loves.

Jody is busy with her three children, Logan, Carter and Hadley. Her husband, Nate, teaches and coaches at Divide County High School so supporting local sports is a large part of their lives. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, golf, and reading.
Megan Ganskop
Chief Financial Officer
Megan Ganskop is the CFO for St. Luke's Medical Center. She graduated from Dickinson State University with a bachelors in Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration. She is currently pursuing a Master Certificate in Healthcare Administration at the University of North Dakota as well as her CPA licensure. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, live music, and going to the lake.
Marissa Loucks
Director of Human Resources
Marissa Loucks is the HR Director at St. Luke's Medical Center. Marissa was born and raised in Crosby, ND. She attended NDSU in Fargo and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Respiratory Care. Throughout her 12 years at Sanford Health in Fargo, she worked in several different areas of healthcare including ICU, ER, sleep lab, and patient education. Marissa came to St. Luke's in 2022 and is happy to be back in her hometown and closer to family.

Marissa is married and has two children. She enjoys camping, time with family, concerts, and snowmobiling.
Sarah Thomte
Chief Nursing Officer
Sarah Thomte is our Chief Nursing Officer at St. Luke’s Medical Center. She is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from University of Mary. She worked on the Medical/Oncology Unit at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, CA for 2 years before returning to her home town of Crosby. Sarah worked as an RN at St. Luke’s Medical Center for 8 years before taking on the Assistant Director of Nursing role in 2017, and then Director of Nursing in 2019, then CNO in 2025. She enjoys the variety of patient acuity in our region, but has a particular interest in ER/Trauma services. Sarah is married with 2 children. She enjoys camping, sports, live music, and most of all, being a mom and spending time with family.

Irene Sorum
Director of Laboratory and Radiology
Irene Sorum has been a Medical Laboratory Scientist since 1997. She began her career in the Philippines before expanding her experience internationally in Riyadh. In 2003, she relocated to Crosby, ND to start her career in the laboratory at St. Luke's Medical Center. Irene took on the dual role of Lab & X-Ray Supervisor in 2022 bringing decades of expertise and leadership to the position. Beyond her profession, Irene is a proud wife and mother, with her family being the most precious part of her life!
Nicki Loucks
Director of Therapy
Nicole Johnson
Director of Social Services
Nicole Johnson is the Director of Social Services and Living Center and Swing Bed Coordinator for St. Luke’s Medical Center. She was born and raised in Crosby, ND and received her bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Mary. Nicole has been a licensed baccalaureate social worker since 2005 and is passionate about services for senior citizens and veterans.
Nicole is married to Rodney and has three children, Elydie, Pax and Aylin. She enjoys attending all her kids’ activities, spending time at the lake, reading, and cooking.
Lacey Nelson
Director of Health Information
Lacey has been with St. Luke’s since August of 2013. She lives on a small ranch with her husband and two children. She enjoys watching her kids sporting events and kayaking and fishing in the summer.

Chuck Power
Director of Maintenance
Chuck is our Director of Maintenance and with St. Luke's since March of 2016. Chuck lives in Crosby with his wife, Shelly. They have three children and eight grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys watching his grandchildren's sporting events, camping, fishing, and hunting.
Cassie Rauser
Foundation & Grant Coordinator
Cassie is our Foundation & Grant Coordinator. She started with St. Luke's in February of 2016. She has been able to work in different departments throughout St. Luke's and is very passionate about supporting the facility, its employees, patients, and residents however she can.

Cassie lives on a farm by Grenora with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys activities with her horses, camping, fishing, snowmobiling, and mostly spending time with her family.
